Room 4-1+ (titled Room 3-1+ in the British English version) is the first Plus Mode course of Jungle Rumble in Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Minis March Again!.

The course features three mini toys.

Overview[edit]

Two minis start on a platform towards the left side of the course, while the third mini starts on a girder platform just above them. The Goal Door is located in the top right, on a platform that is initially separated from a grid for Pink Blocks by a row of disabled Red Color Blocks. The minis should first be guided to a Red Color Switch in the middle left and press it, enabling the row of Color Blocks before the Goal Door. The toys should then by directed to the Goal Door using Pink Blocks.

Mini Mario Card[edit]

The Mini Mario Card is in the bottom right area of the stage. A Yellow Spring is positioned next to it on the left, so the minis will be bounced to the upper platforms if they approach the card from that direction. At the far right of a passage above the Mini Mario Card, there is a gap that leads to it, but a row of Blue Color Blocks prevents the minis from falling through the gap and must be disabled with a Blue Color Switch located in the bottom middle area of the stage. In addition, the minis have to adjust a stairway of Yellow Color Blocks that goes over the Mini Mario Card so that it can be passed through instead of climbed after falling onto a Yellow Color Switch on the way to the Mini Mario Card.
