Template:Species-infobox Pokeys[1] are enemies who first appeared in Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Minis March Again!, first encountered at Magnet Mania in Room 3-3. When a yellow switch is activated, Pokeys are transformed into three harmless and immobile blocks. They can only be defeated when struck by a hammer.

They reappear in Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem! where they begin showing up in Super Skywheel. If Pokeys come in contact with the transparent yellow Pokey Blocks[2], each segment will fill them in. They also can be defeated if shot by a Mini in a cannon.

They reappear in Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars, where they are featured in Dashing Desert.
