The Untitled Donkey Kong film is an animated follow-up produced by Nintendo in collaboration with Universal Pictures, Point Grey Pictures and Illumination, co-produced by Super Mario franchise creator Shigeru Miyamoto, Illumination co-founder Chris Meledandri, and Point Grey founders Seth Rogen (who voices the title character) and Evan Goldberg. It is a spin-off sequel to the 2023 film The Super Mario Bros. Movie, and is the fifth feature-length film in the Super Mario franchise.
