The Superstar Road portal.

Superstar Road is the ninth and final world of New Super Mario Bros. U. It is similar to World 9, but is also a homage to Star Road from Super Mario World. The portal to this world is on an island nearby Sparkling Waters and can only be accessed via a pipe. This is the only world where two of the power-ups from New Super Mario Bros.
