Forkies are fork wielding enemies that appear during the events of Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Mario and allies first encounter this creature in Bowser's Keep. Forkies are round, gray, and have an orange ponytail sticking out of their head. However, when a Forkies uses a special attack, a smaller Forkies in the Forkies' mouth can be seen in the animation. Forkies usually appear in battle alongside Star Crusters and Tub-O-Troopas. In battle, Forkies were fearsome foes with high magic stats and above average physical stats. However, they only have one special attack called Storm which can do a high amount of damage. They have a weaker relative called Jawfuls which Mario encountered earlier in the game.
