Pierce is an attack that can be performed by certain enemies during the events of Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. This type of attack is used by enemies with spears such as Yaridovich. In order to lessen damage, players activate the A button with special timing, such as while an enemy rushes forward, or immediately before impact.
