Template:Racecourse Windmill Meadows is the first race of the Luigi Cup in Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit. This course appears to be set in a meadow with Moo Moos and Windmills. This race reuses the music from Mario Kart 8's rendition of Wii Moo Moo Meadows for its theme, which was previously used in Piped Wetlands. The course's icon depicts Luigi on the Standard Kart and a walking Moo Moo. The background for the icon also contains some windmills, trees and more Moo Moos.
Gates
The gates in this race have a black and white pattern.

- Gate 2: Features a windmill.
- Gate 3: Features Item Boxes.
- Gate 4: Features another windmill.
