The Red Spike Top, also called an R.S. Buzzy (Red Spiked Buzzy), is simply a red Spike Top in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. However, as the Spike Tops in the game are blue, the red ones are called Red Spike Tops. They appear only in the Glitz Pit. They are confusable with the Spike Tops in other games due to their largely identical coloration.
