Hi. What's your source for your names in other languages? I ask because you've re-added that French name of Paper Macho Bob-omb, which isn't named in-game and comes from internal data, and is not identified as a Parabomb in the English or Japanese files. The category needs to be more specific than "Game images" and should be the actual game, remove any lines that you're not using like "Other versions (use file link)", and you don't need to type {{game-screenshot}} if you already selected it underneath (see here). Please make sure to give your files descriptive file names, like "(media) (subject).png" (e.g. something like "TSMBM Bullet Bill.png" instead of just "Bulletbill.png"). Also, most of your Mario movie mages are very blurry/low-quality; try to avoid using low-quality videos for your images or enlarging the images, as this makes the blurriness more evident. Make sure the categories added to files are always "images" categories (so any image related to Mario Party is always "Category:Mario Party images"). "Characters" categories are only for character articles, not character images. Mario JC 09:35, June 16, 2023 (EDT)

JPG to PNG

I don't know how you're cropping the scans, but if you're saving the scans and cropping from them through a program, in the future, make sure they're in the same format as the scans were (so jpg, not png) as otherwise it can bloat the file size. This was evident with the version you uploaded for File:MP1Groupartworkwithoutthelogo.jpg, which was 3 MB larger; the smaller ones like the Boo and Dice Block aren't as drastic but they build up as more are uploaded. It means to replace the JPGs with any official BMPs if available (which are converted to PNGs), not to convert the JPGs themselves to PNGs. Mario JC 10:23, June 18, 2023 (EDT)

Capitalisation

Avoid capitalising words in captions that aren't proper nouns or the first word of the caption, and make sure to keep them consistent with the rest of the gallery (the other images write "box art" in all lowercase, which is how it should be written). Mario JC 22:15, July 17, 2023 (EDT)

"Club Nintendo"

Only italicise words that are part of the name, like this (so just Club Nintendo). "French" and "magazine" or "poster" are not part of the name and should be outside the italics (again, don't capitalise non-proper nouns like "Poster"), and it should link directly to the magazine page, not the disambiguation page. Names from French SMBE

The French Super Mario Encyclopedia is an official publication and should regarded as such. I know that the English release has a bad reputation, but that does not mean that every release of the book should be condemned.

Please don't remove names on the sole basis that it comes from SMBE, especially it is the only known French name (for example, Moneybag). Just because the name is retained in English does not mean that it is wrong; numerous enemies in early Mario games retained their English names.

By the way, I would not consider Prima Games guide books to be a more reliable source; they are known for making up a lot of names. Jdtendo^(T|C) 23:47, September 26, 2024 (EDT)

Frérot tu peux clairement voir que les noms sont pas bons soit objectif. J'ai jamais dis que toutes les versions étaient reprochables, juste là tu vois bien que la version Française fais partis des versions erronées.

T'as des tas de noms qui sont issue de l'anglais ou qui sont mi-anglais mi-français, on dirait vrm que le livre à été traduit de n'importe où, en passant ton argument est pas recevable parce que tu vois bien que peu importe l'ancienneté de l'ennemi, sur la version italienne ils reprennent pas les noms anglais sur tout les ennemis comme Bookend et Moneybag ou même avec les ennemies plus récent comme Tracks (enemy) (Il y en a où c'est issue de l'anglais aussi et il faudrait l'enlever mais ceux que j'ai cité sont bons). Et y'en a encore plein d'autres t'as juste à ouvrir le livre mdrrr t'as cru que je l'avais pas ? Donc si, ça relève clairement d'une erreur, et quand bien même ça serait pas le cas il faudrait au minima une autre source pour confirmer quelque chose d'aussi absurde.

Et pour le prima, au moins comparé au SMBE, y'a pas de noms en anglais ou de ressemblance entre les noms. J'essaye toujours de faire les choix les plus objectifs concernant les noms et sur qlq ennemis tu peux bien voir que y'a pas que le prima qui les donnent, ils sont officialisé par nintendo comme sur Spiky Topman ou encore Launch Star. A moins que t'es autre chose pour démentir la version française je pense qu'on peut se mettre d'accord sur le fait qu'elle soit pas autant falsifié que le SMBE.
