Mario Award winner Wario World has won a Mario Award in the First Awards Ceremony!!

Which enemy is the one that creates the Whirlwinds. It was found in Mario Superstar Baseball, as well. I really need to know what it was called. - My Bloody Valentine

Yeah, in the Egyptian level. I know who you're talking about. The thing is, that's not an enemy--it's a course element. You can't attack it and it never hurts you. The best name I know for it is "Wind Machine". Who knows if that's the real name, but that's what I've heard it referred to. What you could do is look through the in-game advice archieve for that level... you know, with the little elves. Heh... I'm a big help, aren't I? Stumpers! 15:43, 10 June 2007 (EDT)

If I could do that, I wouldn't be asking the question, I don't have the game. I need the name of the "enemy", as I'm doing the article of the Wario Palace from Mario Superstar Baseball. Someone PLEASE give me their real name. Thank you. - My Bloody Valentine

I do have the game, there isn't an enemy like that, and the object wasn't given a name to the best of my knowledge. Stumpers! 00:41, 11 June 2007 (EDT)

If it has no official name, you could try naming it yourself and adding {{Conjecture}} to the top. I like the name Whirlwind, but that's just me.Knife (talk) 13:26, 11 June 2007 (EDT)

Yeah, that would be a great name. It really explains what it does, and there really was no explaination as to whether or not it was mechanical. It really seemed to be like one of those things you see on top of barns that reacts to the wind. Can't believe I forgot what they call those. ;) Stumpers! 16:17, 11 June 2007 (EDT)

Well, I think they named them in Mario Superstar Baseball, but I haven't played that in ages. My brother thinks they were called Sandstorms, but he doesn't remember too well. Hmm, he's trying to find there name right now (he's currently playing a game against Donkey Kong's team), so I'll wait for him to find out, then I will do Wario Palace. Thanks for all the help ;) - My Bloody Valentine

Yes! You're right! It was one of those pre-game tips, they mentioned something about the ball getting caught up in one. Sandstorms sounds about right, actually. Good call. :O <-- (Stumpers is shocked 'cause he got p'wned) Stumpers! 00:26, 12 June 2007 (EDT)

Don't jump to any conclusions, I don't know what it was called. I really need to know, and my brother is having a tough time getting that pre-game tip up. On a side note, what does P'wned (or Owned) supposed to mean, anyway? My Bloody Valentine

P'wned = owned = defeated. :) Srry 2 g0 1337 0|\| u... Anyway, I'll just be waiting for you, don't worry. Good luck! Oh, and be sure to add a link in your article to the stage element... it should probably get its own article. Thx! Stumpers! 23:34, 12 June 2007 (EDT)

Yeah, I'm gonna need more than Luck. My brother can't get the tip up, he states "They won't appear anymore". I don't know about that, I think he's just getting lazy. However, he is very bothered at trying to get a Grand Slam as Mario (one of his Missions), so maybe he's just not paying attention. I know what you're thinking "Why don't I try to find it". Well, I have given up playing that game. I lost 6 times in a row on Easy Difficulty, and I lost my self-esteem from that. So, I'm never playing it again. Oh well, I hope someone can give me the official name, and soon (I'm desperate here). My Bloody Valentine

Huh... maybe it doesn't exist. Although, just so you know, they always appear. Maybe what he meant to say is that that one didn't appear anymore. Still, I could swear it talked about them... I guess if you're really dedicated you could just start a game, end it, start one, end it, and so on until you see it... or determine that it doesn't exist. Oh well... that stinks. I'm sorry if I sent your brother on a wild goose chase :( Stumpers! 15:08, 13 June 2007 (EDT)

I can't find the official name. >_< 3dhammer.gif 3D, guilty as charged. 3dhammer.gif

SWEET FATHER FIGURE! 3D is here!!! Stumpers!, Stupid as charged. 15:11, 13 June 2007 (EDT)

What's so wrong about having 3D here, Stumpers. He's tried to help me on this, so how is he stupid. He has spent 3-4 Days trying to help me find this enemy name. I couldn't find it, he couldn't find it, and you couldn't find it either. Anyhoo, my brother and I KNOW that that pop-up exists. He can't find it, and with us recently renting out Super Smash Bros. Melee, it doesn't seem like he is going to find it anytime soon. However, we know that pop-up exists, and we know that it only appears at the Wario Palace. As for sending my brother on a Wild Goose Chase, never mind that. He loves playing that game, so long as he doesn't get three outs in a row :( He HATES IT WHEN THAT HAPPENS. Well, I'll just do the article and add the Conjecture thingy on it. Thanks all of you for the help. I will still need that name eventually, but not now. Thanks. My Bloody Valentine

...whoa, back up there. I love 3D. I was playing off of his signature, trying to say "Stumpers is stupid b/c he sent you on a goose chase" but whatever. ...and even if I did hate him I wouldn't say it. I mean, you get beaned enough when you defend yourself from personal attacks here (yeah, I'm still sore from that :o(, lol) so why would I try to start one? Anyway, good luck.Stumpers! 20:41, 13 June 2007 (EDT)

Oh, you were directing Stupid to yourself. Well, that's just as bad. You shouldn't put yourself down... too much (I put myself down a couple of times). Anyhoo, thanks for the help. I would've made the article by now, but I decided to lend the computer to my brother (he wants to play one o' them Internet Games), so I won't be able to do the article for a while. I still have to do the Star Dash Mini-game, and the DK Kongs team. Well, anyway, thanks for all the help. Sorry for the misunderstanding, heh-heh, can't even tell my DS and GBA apart. Gotta go, thanks again ;) My Bloody Valentine

Lol, that is true. :) Thanks. Look forward to seeing your work! Stumpers! 14:58, 14 June 2007 (EDT)

Many enemies in this game are model swaps, and as such are listed on the same page as the "base" enemy, which messes up classification. Since we have other instances of different enemies with the same attack pattern from the same games split off, I think we should do the same here. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 02:11, 16 October 2017 (EDT)

I could get behind splitting those enemy variants; my only concern is that many of their names are unsourced. PMTTYD Dark Bones.pngSig.png 01:10, 18 October 2017 (EDT)
