Rolling Rumble is a Coin Chaos minigame in Mario Party: Star Rush. It plays very similarly to Bumper Balls from Mario Party. This minigame, alongside Tiles and Tribulations and Goomba Gold Rush are the only Coin Chaos minigames available after the Coinathlon mode is unlocked.

Gameplay[edit]

Players roll on a ball to knock off opposing Shy Guys on balls. Shy Guys on smaller balls are worth one coin while Shy Guys on large balls are worth five coins. Occasionally, Koopa Troopas on balls containing Red Coins show up; players can earn the Red Coin from them by knocking them off. Players that fall off the course take time to respawn. When players retrieve an item box, a Koopa Troopa on an item box ball needs to be knocked off to obtain the item.

Levels[edit]

  • Level 1: Shy Guys on small balls are very common with the occasional Shy Guy on a large ball appearing.
  • Level 2: Koopa Troopas on Red Coin balls appear alongside more Shy Guys.
  • Level 3: Many Koopa Troopas on Red Coin balls and Shy Guys appear.

Controls[edit]

  • Press and hold A Button: Build momentum
  • Release A Button: Dash

Circle Pad is used to move the character, but the game never explains it.
