An Escape Spring is an item in Wario World composed of small, red, coiled-up springs that launch Wario into the air as soon as he steps on it. Escape Springs appear in all of the secret trapdoor levels and are used to leave once Wario has cleaned the room of all its treasures. They also appear in the Unithorn's Lair hidden in a crate, which has to be broken to reveal the Escape Spring.
