Room 4-1 (titled Room 3-1 in the British English version) is the first course of Jungle Rumble in Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Minis March Again!.

The course features three Mini toys.

Overview

Two minis start in the bottom left in an underground area. The third mini starts further to the right, on the same level, facing two Spear Guys that walk back and forth in an indentation.

After activation, the first two minis will climb a ground staircase and reach a higher level, where they will soon press on a Red Color Switch. This will cause all Spear Guys in the level, including those two in front of the third mini, to turn into solid harmless blocks. In this state, the third mini can safely pass these Spear Guys and reach a Yellow Spring that launches it on the same level as the other minis. Soon after, the minis will touch a wall and change direction. As they head left, the minis should be guided to the same Red Color Switch as before and press it again, causing a red bridge to extend in front of the Goal Door, located in the top left. To help the minis reach the platform with the door, the player has to place Pink Blocks.

Mini Mario Card

The Mini Mario Card is located in a space under the Goal Door and the extendable red bridge. A Spear Guy guards it. The minis should first use the Red Color Switch to turn the Spear Guy into a harmless block. When the enemy is in this state, the minis should be guided to the Mini Mario Card to collect it.
