Since the proposal to stop considering the NSMBWii Toads the same as the ones in Mario Party passed, and it was agreed to remove the information outright rather than splitting them off, I'm proposing to delete Green Toad for consistency. He's a conjecturally named character who only pops up once each board to explain an event, and never returns after Mario Party 9. I really don't see the point in keeping this.
