Expand Ring Shot to cover other games 9-0
This article only covers the Open minigame. However, it appears in Mario Tennis (Nintendo 64), Mario Power Tennis, Mario Sports Superstars's Ring Challegnge and Mario Tennis Aces with largely the same rules with only a few different changes (e.g. Power Tennis making the loser give half their points to the winner). As such, I propose that this article be expanded to cover the other three games and noting when the rules change.

- Pseudo (talk) Articles for game modes are always appreciated by me as a reader of the wiki. Covering other similar modes in sports games, Mario Tennis and otherwise, on their own articles also seems like a good idea to me, as many of these are currently covered in only one or two lines on the game's article, without discussing them in-depth at all.

I think we should also include the Ring Shot modes that appear in Camelot's other dedicated series, the Mario Golf games (plus Mario Sports Superstars). From a quick search, I see that it appears in Mario Golf (N64), Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour, and Mario Golf: World Tour (now called Ring Master). The goal is slightly different since instead of aiming to earn as many points as you can, you need to hit through each ring and then score par on the course (like a puzzle/challenge mode). Then, Ring Challenge is used for all five sports in Mario Sports Superstars, where different sports change the gameplay a bit (soccer, baseball, and tennis seem to be earning as many points; golf is hitting like 1 ring and getting close to the green; horse racing is hitting as many rings out of the total as you can). Especially since if we include Ring Challenge from Superstars, it'd be odd if we only mention the tennis ring challenge, but then if we include the different sport versions, it feels like we should include the rest of Ring Shot modes from Mario Golf.
