Room 4-2 (titled Room 3-2 in the British English version) is the second course of Magnet Mania in Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis. This level introduces Swing Bars.

The course features three Mini Marios.

Overview[edit]

Two of the Mini Marios begin at the top of the level, and the third begins on a girder in the middle with a Swing Bar. A row of Pink Blocks is to the right of the top-right Mini Mario's starting position; below the Pink Blocks are two Conveyor Belts, the direction of which can be changed by pressing a switch. A long Swing Bar is attached below the lower Conveyor Belt, and below the Swing Bar are two pits of spikes, each with two Shy Guys walking across it. The exit is located in an alcove just above the left portion of the Swing Bar and an empty set of Pink Blocks. To reach the exit, the player should guide the Minis down to the long Swing Bar, then, once the Mini Marios have moved onto the left part of the Swing Bar, rotate it and make the Minis jump. The player should then fill in the row of Pink Blocks below so the Minis land and reach the exit.

Mini Mario Card[edit]

The Mini Mario Card is near the top of the level, above the girder with the Swing Bar. It can be collected by having the nearby Mini Mario grab onto the Swing Bar, then spin its handle until it reaches maximum speed; the player can then make the Mini Mario jump to fling it into the Mini Mario Card.
