Relatives

Attackers[1] are enemies in Donkey Kong 3. They fly to the level that Stanley stands on, pause for a second, and then charge directly at him. They appear starting from round 6, and are replaced by the faster Kabutomushi in round 18 (12 in the Family Computer and Nintendo Entertainment System version). They do not toss spears, like Kabutomushi. They are worth 200 points.

In Donkey Kong 3: Dai Gyakushū, Beespies become Attackers when they are sprayed once. Attackers, like Beespies, move in formations across the screen like Buzzbees, and do not toss spears, instead attempting to block Stanley's shots from hitting other targets. Attackers move faster than Beespies, but slower than Super Bees. Attackers count as part of their corresponding Beespy formations. Spraying an Attacker will defeat it, and give 100 points.
