A Bumper in Mario Kart 7

Bumpers[1][page number needed] are stage obstacles in Waluigi Pinball from Mario Kart DS, Mario Kart 7 and Mario Kart Tour, found at the course's final stretch. Like the bumpers on real-world pinball machines, they bounce away players and pinballs opposite the direction they were approached by. Some bumpers are stationary, while others move around in a circle. In Mario Kart DS and Mario Kart 7, the stationary bumpers are blue while the moving ones are magenta, but in Mario Kart Tour they all light in multiple colors.
