Glad Red Koopa is an enemy found on Vibe Island in the game, Super Princess Peach. They have been affected by the Vibe Scepter. Glad Red Koopas skip and have a darker skin color, but are otherwise the same as normal Koopa Troopas.
According to the game's Glossary, Glad Red Koopa is "A Koopa Troopa who has learned to jump happily."
