I don't think it would hurt to move that section onto the user's userpage. But you would have to ask a sysop to do that; patrollers can't edit other user's userpages.

First off i have no idea why im even issuing this since i already know you wont follow it, and secondly there is an 1000 edit difference from your main space to your userspace. Seriously how hard is for you to follow the rules and listen to other people and actually make main space edits cause your last 1114 edits you have 67 main space edits less than 10% of you edits are main space this is ridiculous. Just a Tip
You're saying that it is not fair that your userpage is protected, and I hate to tell you bad news, but it is totally fair. Even when it is protected, you made only user talk edits and when it got unprotected, you made three consecutive edits, so that's why it's protected. When it's unprotected, you shouldn't make 3 edits in a row, make one at the most. DKPetey99TCE 15:33, 6 May 2011 (EDT)
