Hello, Burb. Good job on your recent uploads, but when uploading files, keep in mind that you must correctly use the {{aboutfile}} template. What you were doing looks like this, and it is an inconvenience for other users to fix up the template. It is simple to learn how to format it correctly. The pre-loaded coding is shown below.

{{aboutfile
|1=Subject of the image
|2=Where you found the image
|3=Artist
|4=Describe edits, if any
|5=Other versions (use file link)
}}

Just replace the necessary parts with that corresponding information, and remove the entire line of the variable(s) you don't use. If you do not wish to use the template at all, then it is acceptable to simply remove it before you upload the file. Please consider the above information before uploading more files. If you continue using {{aboutfile}} incorrectly, then a warning will be issued. Thank you for reading, and keep contributing.

Hello, Burb. Good job on your recent uploads, but when uploading files, keep in mind that you must correctly categorize the file. It's simple to learn how to do so. Just search for the correct category by starting with the following groups:

Images Audio/video files

When uploading, copy the full title of the category and insert it in square brackets into the summary text box below the {{aboutfile}} template, replacing the {{uncategorized}} template entirely. If you're using the upload function from the text editor, simply add the category link to the description. For example, files related to the game Super Mario World would use:

[[Category:Super Mario World images]]
or
[[Category:Super Mario World media files]]

Please consider the above information before uploading more files. Keep in mind that some files can belong to multiple categories. Do not put images into the media files category, or vice versa. If you continue uploading files without categorizing them correctly, then a warning will be issued. Thank you for reading, and keep contributing.

Your Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle images were 1) containing an empty {{aboutfile}}, if you're not sure what to put down, you can remove it entirely; and 2) missing Category:Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle Images. Other than that, good job with the uploads! Alex95sig1.pngAlex95sig2.png 12:40, 5 August 2017 (EDT)

Costumes

It was not just the Pirate and Cowboy outfits that changed, but also the Astronaut from Super Mario Land 2, The Tuxedo based on Super Mario All Stars (though now the outfit uses the Tuxedo outfit from Mario Paint instead) the Top Hat is still from Super Mario All Stars though, The Mario Paint Overalls are used but the beret is from the Mario Artist minus the "M" logo. Now that I think about it the Cowboy Hat does look very different so I will agree with it having no reference for that one, but i am agree with the yellow hanker chief being a homage to the original game since it's yellow just like that game. As for the pirate it still has some parts from the original but with better design but I will let the staff decide on that one. As for the invisibility Cap it's pretty obvious that it's a homage to the Vanish Cap because it's one single cap that makes you invisible (your just simply transparent in the clothing change menu) it doesn't have to be an N64 Mario model to directly reference that power up even if it can't be seen. If you disagree or have a problem with all this I will be talking to the staff about this issue.
