Her stomach has an oval spot, making seem that she's a little fat. She appears to have a similar body composition to Yoshi, though she is more smaller than Yoshi, but is even classified as a medium sized character. She wears little purple eye makeup. Her purple eyes has a three eyelashes, in fact she is the girl that has more eyelashes, of all the other girls: Princess Peach,Princess Daisy and Toadette. She shares similar things features with the Disney characters: Minnie Mouse & Daisy like her eyelashes and her red bow. Birdo wears a expensive diamond in her right hand.
