Ask a sysop, like RAP, Time Q or Coincollector to delete it. They aren't the only ones, and make sure to ask one of them when they're online. Also, you're not alound to have any kind of fan content, whether or not it's on a separate userpage or your own userpage. Hello, I'm Time Turner.

My first edit here as this user was April 2009 (i.e. well over a week ago), and I'm able to upload files and images, create pages and edit semi-protected pages (i.e. those which are protected so that only autoconfirmed users can edit them).
