The Grass Land theme has a unique rendition from Super Smash Bros. Melee. It is used in the song "Super Mario Bros. 3", after the Ground Theme.

The Hammer Bros. Theme has a unique rendition from New Super Mario Bros. Wii. It is used in Enemy Courses.

Hey, I've found a few music tracks you've missed in your listings.

• An arrangement of "Chill" plays in WarioWare: D.I.Y. as one of 18-Volt's records, under the title "Dr. Mario": file here.
• An arrangement of the SMB3 Athletic Theme plays in Paper Mario: The Origami King, named "Chestnut Valley": file here.
• "Rainbow Road" (I'm not sure if this is original or a re-use) plays in Paper Mario: Color Splash when Rainbow Road appears in Port Prisma near the end of the game: file here.
