Hi, everyone! Mason is my actual name, and I’ve joined the Super Mario Wiki mainly to help out with Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope! I’m a huge fan. I've been here since November 21, 2022. I changed my username to Sparks because I’ve been helping out so much with the articles of said game. I pretty much created all of the battles, quests, items, and lots of other stuff for the game... you're welcome! It's also because I was using my actual name as my username (which is weird and I'm kinda embarrassed by it), and everyone else has such cool names. Thanks to Shokora, I was able to get my new name approved as of May 23, 2023.
When I'm bored, I like to just check the wiki and look around, but whenever I play a Mario game for days in a row I don't tend to be active while I do so... so just remember that if you don't see my name on the "Who's online" list. I also have a Mario Boards account (created on January 3, 2024)! I also have a Discord account! I created it on May 25, 2024.
As of May 17, 2024, I'm a patroller! I should check MarioWiki:Warning policy for how to handle different situations and when to warn/block users. I should also check this page to know which reminders to hand out.
As of December 16, 2024, I'm an administrator! Perhaps the first one to bring ponies onto the wiki... yeah!
I am also currently serving as The 'Shroom's Sub-Director for 2026 (I did 2025 too)! You can ask me 'Shroom-related questions!
I previously served as a member for 2025's Awards Committee.

Other things
I was really bad at adding images back then. Over to the right you can see the comparisons of images I added to the wiki when I first joined to the present. As you can see, the “A Truly Ginormous Goomba” screenshot on the left side looks terrible. I took screenshots of people playing the game on YouTube, and I did not edit the images at all.
EDIT: Recently I fixed many images I uploaded early on when I first joined the Mario Wiki. One of those images is the "A Truly Ginormous Goomba" image. I was still bad at adding images back then though.
In the middle is an image of Allegra, which is a million times better. After I learned how to crop images, the overall quality of new images I uploaded improved so, so much. What I did for Allegra was take a screenshot of her and crop the image to only show her.
As of October 11, 2023, I'm beginning to add in GIF images! On the right side is a gif image of Edge activating her Stormblade Technique. This is footage of me playing Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, and I converted it into a GIF! I wonder what else I could do?
As of December 27, 2023, I have begun adding in .wav files! The first one I added was the first phase of the Castle Bowser fight in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. It's a good song, so I went ahead and added it in. You can turn on the music if you want - it's over there on the left side. Hooray for audio files!
