Usagi is the eleventh sample talent in Mario Artist: Talent Studio. They are an anthropomorphic pink rabbit who, according to their talent no namae profile, lives in the sea and sleeps as a hobby/specialty.

Usagi also appears as a character in the sample movie "Hotcake". After Aiko and Haru jump into the south sea on their quest to find the sun honey, they find Usagi sleeping on the bottom, who gives them nuts upon waking up. Usagi then reveals that the nuts are the sun honey's seeds and plays a clarinet to make the flowers bloom.
