Does this have any value at all? Could it be merged? I think its too contraversial.HK

I think this should become a redirect page becaue there already is a section on the only known Bowser Suit at King Boo. Wayoshi ( T·C·@ ) 19:00, 5 August 2006 (EDT)

No redirect now. It's an item in Mario Party games. Paper Jorge

It also appears in some minigames. Maxlover2 19:16, 19 February 2007 (EST) Ha! I signed!

Remove Bowser Candy and minigame info from this article or split Bowser Suit (form)[edit]

The Bowser Suit refers to a power-up that looks like a mushroom in three Mario Parties and a Bowser-like suit in Mario Party: The Top 100. While the Bowser Suit item transforms the player to look like Bowser, so does the Bowser Candy. Frankly, I don't believe the object worn by the characters to be the same thing as the power-up. It'd be like merging Tanooki Mario with the Tanooki Suit on the grounds that Mario is wearing the suit, so why should this be any different? I think to remedy this, either info on the object/form within minigames and the Mario Party 8 section be removed (which is covered in the minigame and Bowser Candy articles anyway) or split the form from the item like we do with every other power-up and form on this wiki. And yes, it'd be a short article but it would be far from the only one on the wiki.

Remove minigame and Bowser Candy info[edit]

  1. Pizza Master (talk) per.
  2. Altendo Suit (talk) I always wondered why "similar appearances" count as full ones. Per.
  3. Martendo (talk) All the other Mario Party 8 candies (which are similar to items from previous Mario Party games) have their own page, and the suit in minigames is documented on the pages for the minigames it appears in.

Split form from power-up[edit]

  1. Pizza Master (talk) secondary.

Comments[edit]

I agree with removing info about the Bowser Candy, but not info about the suit worn in some minigames, since I feel like the suit in minigames doesn't really need its own page, so why not document it on this page.--Martendo (talk) 08:06, October 19, 2025 (EDT)

@Martendo My point was that the suit in minigames is already documented on the pages of the minigames it appears in, so it's redundant to have that info on those pages and this page. Although, if you mean that the minigame info shouldn't be on a split page for Bowser Suit (form), I would agree to having an option where the minigame info is removed from this page and the split page is simply documenting the transformation itself after powering up with the Bowser Suit item and Bowser Candy.

Oh, ok. I didn't know that the suit worn in minigames was documented on the pages for the minigames that it is in. However, I still feel like the form doesn't need its own page, so I'll only be voting for the first option.

0.2% chance in Mario Party 4?[edit]

Anyone know the basis for the claim that there is a 0.2% chance to get the Bowser Suit in MP4?--Sprite of a fatter Baby Fat, from Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Pizza Master Waluigi using the Bitsize Candy from Mario Party 8 17:11, October 24, 2025 (EDT)
