I believe that there could be a sub-category for original characters, as there is substantial amount of them introduced in that manga. This would also make it easier to navigate through these categories, as there is currently over 200 pages in that category.
If this proposal gets passed, then I think similar categories could be made for other adaptions with a significant amount of original characters, such as the DIC cartoons or KC Mario. However, I don't think this kind of category should be made for adaptions like Saturday Supercade, in which the overwhelming majority of characters are original, or the Donkey Kong Country TV series, which doesn't have a lot of characters.

Support[edit]
- Brett (talk) Per proposal.
- EvieMaybe (talk) seems quite reasonable! i can see a lot of editors wanting to see only the preexisting characters that showed up in -kun, or only the characters made for it.
- Rykitu (talk) Per all.
- Camwoodstock (talk) Makes sense to us, and feels like it'd scale well for stuff like the DiC Cartoons and the Kodansha manga. Per proposal.
- Wandering Poplin (talk) Per all. This is probably something we should've added quite some time ago.
- Mariuigi Khed (talk) I honestly wanted to make a navbox and separate the game characters from the original ones, but with the ammount of stuff present, it wasn't worthy. This is a perfect solution for that.
- Yoshi18 (talk) Per all.
- The Dab Master-kun (talk) Per all.
- Nelsonic (talk) Per.
- SG18-kun (talk) Per all.
- ROB-KUN (talk) Assuming this can pass even if the overarching proposal about this fails, per all.
