Star Coins

  • Star Coin 1 - Mario will find two Blockhoppers, one with three Brick Blocks on top of it, and the other with one Brick Block. Mario should use the Blockhopper with three Brick Blocks to reach the first Star Coin.
  • Star Coin 2 - After the checkpoint, Mario can find a Fire Snake. He should keep going until he finds a second Fire Snake. Mario should hit the block near the area and a P-switch should appear. He the nearby Blockhopper to hit the P-Switch and turn the coins into Brick Blocks. Mario should then the trail of blocks, and he will reach the second Star Coin.
  • Star Coin 3 - When Mario reaches the area with a lone Boomerang Bro, he should fall into the quicksand. He should keep jumping so that he won't lose a life, and he should move to the right at the same time. Mario should find a small gray opening to the right of the Boomerang Bro. After taking the secret passage, there should be a Blockhopper. Mario should jump off of it to obtain the last Star Coin.
