Honey Candy.
Honey Candy is a sticky sucker that restores 20 FP in Paper Mario and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Both Tayce T. and Zess T. can make one using Honey Syrup and Cake Mix.
After Mario clears Chapter 7 of PM:TTYD, Gob of Fahr Outpost will have posted a request at the Trouble Center, asking for someone to bring him a Honey Candy because he can't speak.
In Super Paper Mario, it is made by Saffron simply by giving her a Honey Jar. Using it restores 12 HP, and cures poison, but that's only a 2 HP difference from it's ingredient form.
