A Zess Special is a recipe in the game Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It is made by cooking an Ultra Shroom and a Slow Shroom. It heals twenty HP and twenty FP.
In Super Paper Mario, it was called the Dyllis Special, as it was made by Dyllis from Flopside. Her version of the dish consisted of a Roast Shroom Dish, and a Fruity Hamburger. Using it restored sixty HP, and cured poison. This made Dyllis' version better than Zess' healthwise.
