An Earth Quake.
Earth Quake is an item found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. In battle, the item causes the ground to shake, dealing five damage to all ground enemies. It, of course, won't effect airborn enemies. However, an Earth Quake will flip over any enemies with shells (Koopas, Buzzy Beetles, Spinys, etc.). It's a relatively common item and many enemies carry them. Zess T. can make an Earth Quake with a Point Swap and Thunder Bolt.
