Fresh Pasta is a type of pasta and an item found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door in Poshley Heights for fifty coins apiece at the souvenir stand. It heals ten HP and five FP.

This item effectively replaces the item Dried Pasta from Paper Mario (as both items are used in the recipes of Spaghetti and Koopasta in their respective games), which only heals three HP and two FP.

In Super Paper Mario, it is replaced with the Fresh Pasta Bunch, which only heals five HP.
