A Koopa Bun is one of Zess T.'s recipes in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. They are made from a Turtley Leaf, and a Keel Mango. It lookes like a turtle with what looks like a moist bun colored green. Using it restores fifteen FP.
In Super Paper Mario, it was renamed the Koopa Dumpling and was made by Dyllis of Flopside. The ingredients to make it are Cake Mix and a Turtley Leaf, which makes more sense for this treat. Using it halves damage players take for a short amount of time.
