Dried Bloopers are a type of Blooper found only in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. They are found only in the Pump Works in Bowser's body. When Bowser stops drinking water, all the Bubble Bloopers in the Pump Works turn into Dried Bloopers. They are thin in appearance, and use this ability in battle. They will jump and float horizontally downwards like a leaf, making two passes at its target. To counter the Dried Blooper's attack, the player must simply jump over it when it passes by. Dried Bloopers have nearly identical stats to Bubble Bloopers, with the exception of speed.
