Mr. L | Super Paper Mario |
Mr. L, also known as The Green Thunder or The Mysterious Mr. L, is a brainwashed version of Luigi who appears in Super Paper Mario. He is a major antagonist serving as one of Count Bleck's minions. Before becoming Mr. L, Luigi tries to stop Count Bleck from using the Chaos Heart; however, after being trapped in Castle Bleck, Luigi gets brainwashed by Nastasia, turning him into Mr. L. |

Dr. Luigi | Dr. Luigi | Dr. Luigi is Luigi's doctor persona in the Dr. Mario series. He fist appears in the game of the same name. As a doctor, Luigi is dressed similarly to Dr. Mario, though Dr. Luigi wears his cap instead of a doctor's head mirror. [1] Dr. Luigi returns as a playable character in Dr. Mario: Miracle Cure, and Dr. Mario World. In these appearances, he is now depicted wearing a head mirror, like his brother. Dr. Luigi is suggested to have a more laid-back personality than Dr. Mario, as the introduction cutscene for Dr. Luigi shows Luigi walking slowly with a tired look on his face. After he sees the Viruses, however, he becomes shocked and prepares capsules for use, now looking worried. |

Princess Peach | Super Mario Adventures | In several forms of media, Luigi has occasionally disguised himself as Princess Peach, usually for infiltration purposes. In Super Mario Adventures, he does so to sneak into the tower where Mario is being held in order to rescue him, and prevent Princess Toadstool from being re-captured by the Koopalings. In Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, he disguises himself as Princess Peach to trick Bowletta into releasing the real one and capturing him instead, allowing him to infiltrate the Koopa Cruiser and take back the Beanstar. |

Long John Spaghetti | Pirates of Koopa | Long John Spaghetti is a disguise used by Luigi in order to infiltrate Pirate's Port and save Princess Toadstool from being auctioned by Blackbeard Koopa. After he offers his bid of a billion coins for Princess Toadstool, two Koopa Troopas lift him and Mario up above their heads and begin to carry them towards Blackbeard Koopa in excitement, but are dropped after Koopa is knocked from his balcony, which causes them to lose their pirate disguises and are instantly recognized by the bandits. |

Zero plus One | Mark Of Zero | Zero plus One, alternately parsed as "0 + 1", is a disguise assumed by Luigi after Zero is kidnapped by El Koopitan, and the citizens of El Desert Land became too afraid to resist him. In this disguise, he looks very similar to Zero, except for his different shirt, and is equipped with a plumber's snake instead of a whip. Unlike Mario's disguise as Zero, no counterpart for Zero Minus One appears to exist. |

Kassanova Koopa | The Beauty of Kootie |
Kassanova Koopa[2] is a form Luigi takes to trick Kootie Pie into letting Toad, Toadstool, and the ruler of Desert Land free in The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 in the episode "The Beauty of Kootie". Kootie tricks Mario by having her brother Cheatsy change her into a human so she can flirt with him and distract him in order to carry out their plan. After the trick is revealed and the Mario brothers flee, Mario uses a swiped magic wand to transform Luigi into Kootie's "dream reptile" as a distraction. The trick works for a while, but after Kassanova Koopa tricks Kootie Pie into releasing the prisoners and Kootie starts kissing him, she accidentally activates her wand. Subsequently, Luigi is reverted into his true state, which makes Kootie Pie scream and chase him with Cheatsy behind her. |
