Usually when things get moved, a proposal is made, so I didn't think this was no different. Also, the Barcode Battler II Mario cards are debatable if their video games or not. List of games labels them as such and I wanted to see if a move that a game would do will go well for something some people think is merchandise. Rykitu

I'm a bit skeptical if the Barcode Battler II should get a page or not. The MS-DOS used to have a page, but was deleted due to lack of Mario related content and other irrelevant information on a wiki that's supposed to be about Mario. And if a page for the Barcode Battler II is created, there is a chance it will fall under that category for it being a non Nintendo console. Rykitu

As this was recently moved, I believe the opening section of the article explaining what the Barcode Battler II is should be removed, as the console itself bears no relation to the Super Mario franchise. This article is currently being used as a combination-article for the system itself and the Super Mario World cards, in addition to treating it as a page for merchandise instead of as a page for a game. Because changing this would result in a relatively major rearranging of the current article, I am formatting this as a proposal just in case. If this were to pass, the following would occur:

• The opening sentence or so describing the Barcode Battler II console would be completely removed
• The opening portion would be rewritten to describe Super Mario World as a game
• The game infobox and any game-based categories/navigational templates would be added
• An image of the box art would be uploaded (if one has not been already) and would replace the grouped image of the cards at the top of the page
• The aforementioned grouped image of the cards would be moved to a gallery further down the page

I do not believe this contradicts the newly-concluded previous proposal, but please let me know if it does. If it does, I will temporarily withdraw.
