Super Mario Party[edit]
Would Monty Mole drinking a Golden Drink in Super Mario Party make them a Golden Monty Mole? They do have a completely different design to the Mario Party 6 ones. Other gold enemies such as Gold Goombas and Gold Boos have the Golden Drink forms being considered as part of it so should we merge the form and this species? Also the Good Monty Mole in SMP is a temporary form and the Golden Monty Moles from MP6 seem to be an unique species, which is something to note. Necessary?[edit]
I don't think this page is necessary, and its creation should at least be brought up via proposal before it is done here. With practically every other gold enemy, they've appeared in at least other titles, namely New Super Mario Bros. 2. The "golden" part of their name is likely an improper noun, in the same vein the golden Ukikis in Chimp Chase are referred to in lower case. Gold Cheep Cheep's article was made only after the advent of New Super Mario Bros and even then you could argue that these gold Cheep Cheeps aren't quite the same as those that debut in New Super Mario Bros. and may require some page clean up, similar to how Red Boo's article and Dark Bones articles both got cleaned up.

- No, you're right; I thought we had minigame enemy articles similar to this, guess I was wrong. It seems like a somewhat similar case to Talk:Mechanical cricket.

- Golden Monty Mole was fully capitalized and it was not just "golden Monty Mole" it was "Golden Monty Mole". It was not just referred to in a lowercase manner like golden Ukikis. - That's due to sentence case, we don't know if it was meant to be a proper name. Gold Shy Guy might be relevant as well, where it's a named enemy in Color Splash but has a similar counterpart in Mario Kart Tour. Scrooge200 (talk)
