Stage 4 is the fourth level of Bowser's Seizures Palace Hotel and the sixty-fourth level overall in Hotel Mario.
This level features ten floors, with anywhere between two to five doors on each floor. Nine Buzzy Beetles and two Mini Ninjas are present initially in the first section while eight Koopas and two Mini Ninjas are present initially in the next section, and additional Buzzy Beetles, Koopas, and Mini Ninjas occasionally exit out of closed doors.
