Stage 4 is the fourth level of Ludwig's Thump Castle Hotel and the forty-fourth level overall in Hotel Mario.
This level features five floors, with anywhere between two to three doors on each floor. Four Skeleton Koopas and one Big Boo are present initially, and additional Skeleton Koopas occasionally exit out of closed doors.
