Stage 1 is the first level of Lemmy's High-ate Regency Hotel and the thirty-first level overall in Hotel Mario.
This level features five floors, with exactly one door on each floor. Two Koopas and Flying Goombas each are present initially, and additional Koopas occasionally exit out of closed doors.
