5-Volt is 9-Volt's mother. She only makes a few appearances in the WarioWare games. Although she is rarely seen, she is mentioned a few times by her son. She has a pet Fronk which was given the name Shaggy. She is human like her son. She was somewhat seen for the first time in WarioWare: Touched!, as a silhouette at the end of 9-Volt's stage.
