Charlie is a human golfer in Mario Golf for the Nintendo 64. Wind doesn't have much of an effect on his drives. Charlie wears a yellow shirt a pear of jeans and brown shoes. He appears to be a teenager who is possibly trying to become a great golfer (similar to Plum}. He is also a starting character along with Peach, Plum,and Baby Mario.
