A Shroom Roast is a meal created by Zess T. during the events of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. By cooking either a Slow Shroom or a Life Shroom this meal will be concocted. Shroom Roasts can restore 15 HP and 5 FP when used; it can be used in battle, as well as when traversing amongst the overworld, as long as there is HP or FP to restore. A Shroom Roast takes the appearance of several roasted mushrooms within a baking cup.
