The doctor is an elderly Mushroom doctor and a minor character on The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3. The doctor appears only in "Reign Storm." Prior to the events of the episode, he is the one who figures out that Princess Toadstool is overworked and needs a vacation away from the Mushroom Kingdom and the Mario Bros.
Very little else is known about the doctor, as he has no lines and is seen and mentioned only towards the start of the episode.
