Battle T. in the Mario Party 3 Battle Room.

Battle T. is a Toad in Mario Party 2 and Mario Party 3. In Mario Party 2 (where he had no name yet) he was the host in Mini-Game Land. In Mario Party 3, he is the guide in the Battle Room. He has a normally white cap with mint green spots and orange shirt. The orange shirt of Battle T. has an orange Mushroom on it. After Mario Party 3, Battle T vanished from the Mario Party series and was not seen again.
