Mean Woody is the evil version of Woody who appears in Mario Party 3. He lives in Woody Woods near Woody.

While they are separate characters, in Mario Party 6 Woody is at the top of Towering Treetop however in night time, Woody is replaced by Mean Woody. Whenever a character lands on one of Mean Woody's ? Spaces, instead of him giving coins like the good Woody does, the Mean Woody will instead take away coins by dropping Spinies on the character.
