Hello, TheHelper1000 it appears you have trouble retrieving your password from your old account. If you forgot your password, you can click on "Forgot your password" so the wiki can send an automated message regarding your password to your e-mail account. If you have no e-mail or have trouble with that part too, you can contact a wiki bureaucrat and notify one of your current problem. You can also request a rename to your old account while having that old one renamed and blocked. Hope I helped, and make sure you put your password in a safe spot in case you forget it again! Thanks I appreciate it I'll go try that. But is there a way to transfer all my work from my user page TheHelper100 to my current account right now?

Hm, I'd suggest requesting a sysop to move your pages and all, but if they can't do it, just view source of your original page and copy paste it into your new page. Icon showing how many lives Mario has left. From Super Mario 64 DS. It's me, Mario! (Talk / Stalk) 15:37, 19 June 2015 (EDT)

I know I can copy and paste but I need to wait a few days just to do that.

Editing

If you're going to add content to articles, you should be aware that good spelling and grammar are absolutely required. While nobody's going to be strict about it, but your recent edits are filled with comma splices and other grammatical mistakes, which isn't all that acceptable here. If you continue this, someone will have to continually fix your edits at best, or your edits will be simply reverted at worst. You're not in trouble for this, it's a harmless mistake, but please make sure to keep track of your grammar. Hello, I'm Time Turner.

That's what I want to make sure I do that's why I put many punctuations (or at least I just put punctuations in there in case I did something wrong) basically I want to be sure it's not poorly written so it's not undone or fixed. :)

Throwing commas around like that is an example of poor writing in and of itself. Generally, using periods . instead of commas , (along with a capital letter, of course) leads to better results. Hello, I'm Time Turner.

Ok then I'll keep that in mind thank you for the reminder Time Turner.

Aboutfile reminder

Hello, TheHelper1000. Good job on your recent uploads, but when uploading files, keep in mind that you must correctly use the {{aboutfile}} template. What you were doing looks like this, and it is an inconvenience for other users to fix up the template. It is simple to learn how to format it correctly. The pre-loaded coding is shown below.

{{aboutfile
|1=Subject of the image
|2=Where you found the image
|3=Artist
|4=Describe edits, if any
|5=Other versions (use file link)
}}

Just replace the necessary parts with that corresponding information, and remove the entire line of the variable(s) you don't use. If you do not wish to use the template at all, then it is acceptable to simply remove it before you upload the file. Please consider the above information before uploading more files. If you continue using {{aboutfile}} incorrectly, then a warning will be issued. Thank you for reading, and keep contributing.

Also, your uploads need to be in a better quality. Viper26's avatarViper26's signature text (talk · edits) 18:47, 7 July 2015 (EDT)

I'll try my best to get a better quality and make sure that I put something in the aboutfile thank you for the reminder.

Related species

Please don't relate a species to another just because they look or act similar (like you did with Wiks and Flooffs), unless you have proof that they are in fact related. Thanks and keep contributing. Lucina costume pose in Super Mario Maker Mario JC

I wasn't really sure if they were related or not I hesitated before I put it on, then again like you just said with looking and acting similarly if you look at it that way you'll see they're semi related just not to the point where they're truly related I'm just doing my best to help in this wiki, next time I'll put some thought before putting the info thank you for the reminder. Reminder

Please stop making poorly-written edits and making unnecessary articles on the Super Mario Wiki. This isn't a warning, and it's possible that you made a mistake by accident or without realizing it; this is simply a reminder for your information. If the action continues, then a warning will be issued. Thanks for reading and keep contributing.
If you feel this reminder was undeserved, you may appeal it.

A very large chunk of your edits do not follow our standards on good writing, which includes those grammar mistakes of yours and the run-on sentences. You also don't follow several of the wiki formatting standards, which and your last talk page already linked to the page. Also, several of your articles, including Green Thwomp, Bouncing Note, and Electric Turnstile, are based around subjects that either don't need separate articles or were specifically argued about not having an article. It is fantastic that you're contributing, and it's perfectly understandable if you're not good with English, but you need to be fully aware of the wiki's policies if you want to continue writing. Hello, I'm Time Turner.

Ok then I'm gonna let you know right now that I didn't know that there was a proposal about merging Bouncing Note with Music Park, nor did I know about the Green Thwomp redirect, I'm just trying to help here, one thing though if you are gonna delete Electric Turnstile I have to take a photo of the article before its deleted for when it's reused in another game, also I'm not bad at speaking English (For I'm an American) I'm just not good at writing English or where exactly do I put the punctuation. I did understand the reminder thank you for the heads up. TheHelper1000 (talk)

Run-on sentences

As Time Turner mentioned, please avoid using "run-on sentences" (joining two separate clauses together), as it doesn't make proper sense. You can always start new sentences in cases like these, rather than using a comma and continuing on with your info from there or cramming it all in one sentence. Here's an example:

"Galoombas appear in Super Mario Maker, they are only found in the Super Mario World style of the game", when it should be something like: "Galoombas appear in Super Mario Maker. They are only found in the Super Mario World style of the game" (Two separate sentences), or even "Galoombas appear in Super Mario Maker, where they are only found in the Super Mario World style of the game" (Use of a conjunction).

I've noticed you've been doing this a lot even after you were told this - Please don't ignore it. Lucina costume pose in Super Mario Maker Mario JC

Please re-read this post, because it seems you're still consistently doing the same thing with run-on sentences. I've decided not to issue a warning this time as it's possible you may have forgotten, but if this continues, you will receive one. Lucina costume pose in Super Mario Maker Mario JC

Your articles are getting deleted

Because of two proposals opposing the creation of articles of flying enemies in Super Mario Maker, the Paraspiny, Para-Blooper, Para Piranha Plant, and Para Jumping Piranha articles you created are getting deleted, regardless of you saying do not delete in the summary. Viper26's avatarViper26's signature text (talk · edits) 13:42, 27 August 2015 (EDT)

I'm fine with that, after all I was busy in High School, and I forgot that about the tower and wings enemies proposal. Tower enemies don't act different so at least I didn't make any tower enemies after the first proposal. Wing enemies do act different, but because of the second proposal...well I guess we'll have to wait for when they reappear in a different game. TheHelper1000 (talk) 15:17, 27 August 2015 (EDT)

Big Lava Bubble

On a couple of places, notably the Big Lava Bubble article, you said that Big Lava Bubbles are slated to reappear in Mario Maker. However, I haven't found a source that mentions this. Where did you find this information? Hello, I'm Time Turner.

......Simply put a Super Mushroom on an enemy and there's your larger enemy. Besides I only put that information on the enemies that already have their articles. TheHelper1000 (talk)

Warning

This is a warning to stop your inappropriate behavior (repeatedly writing with run-on sentences) on the Super Mario Wiki. Please adhere to the rules or you will be blocked from editing this site.
If you feel this warning was undeserved, you may appeal it.

I've held off giving you a warning like I said, but you've been consistently doing the same thing even after being reminded about this three times. You should be aware by now that run-on sentences are poor grammar, and it gets incredibly tedious having to correct every single one of your mistakes. I understand the info you've been adding were in good faith, but surely it shouldn't be too difficult for you since you're a native English speaker. Please re-read previous posts on your talk page regarding this. Lucina costume pose in Super Mario Maker Mario JC

Alright thanks for the warning, I promise to do better with my grammar next time. TheHelper1000 (talk)

About your images

I've noticed you've been taking pictures of enemies from the Paper Jam game with your phone. Wouldn't it be easier to save a screenshot to Miiverse, load it up on the computer, save it and crop it, then upload it? ...Well, maybe not easier, but it'd be more efficient and the pictures would be up to par with the Wiki standards. Not trying to sound rude here, just trying to help! (Alex95 (talk) 21:08, 22 March 2016 (EDT)

I agree with Alex95 (talk). The latest Miiverse update can allow you to save screenshots without needing to create a post about it. Also make sure your 3DS is up-to-date. To get to the screenshot from your computer, you need to use [1] and login using your Nintendo Network credentials or know how to navigate to your userpage (which is https://miiverse.nintendo.net/users/[Nintendo Network ID]). My NNID is wildgoosespeeder so the URL will be [2]. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 22:50, 22 March 2016 (EDT)

Just bringing this up again but all your uploads (overwritten by others or not) are like this (taken with your phone or something). Unless you are just watching let's plays to get these screenshots (try going full screen and pressing prt scr on your keyboard and CTRL+V into your preferred image editing program or equivalent methods), play the game yourself and use the built-in Miiverse method or if it is a Wii U game, play the game to the point where you have the enemy on-screen, open the built-in web browser, navigate to MarioWiki, and navigate to Special:Upload to submit a screenshot that way. I can guarantee that the screenshots will be way better than your current methodology. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 21:40, 28 September 2016 (EDT)

Image Category Reminder

Hello, TheHelper1000. Good job on your recent uploads, but when uploading files, keep in mind that you must correctly categorize the file. It's simple to learn how to do so. Just search for the correct category by starting with the following groups:

Images Audio/video files

When uploading, copy the full title of the category and insert it in square brackets into the summary text box below the {{aboutfile}} template, replacing the {{uncategorized}} template entirely. If you're using the upload function from the text editor, simply add the category link to the description. For example, files related to the game Super Mario World would use:

[[Category:Super Mario World images]]
or
[[Category:Super Mario World media files]]

Please consider the above information before uploading more files. Keep in mind that some files can belong to multiple categories. Do not put images into the media files category, or vice versa. If you continue uploading files without categorizing them correctly, then a warning will be issued. Thank you for reading, and keep contributing.
