Welcome [[Kong]]s and [[Kremling]]s to this month’s bananatastic edition of The 'Shroom Spotlight! To those of you who’ve been living in a cave (or on [[Crocodile Isle]]) for the past nine months, The 'Shroom Spotlight is a dedicated community project that aims to improve a selection poor articles and images on the wiki each month by drawing attention to them in this section. As most of our readers would know, last month was our first Spotlight of the year (and our first Spotlight not led by YoshiKong since the project’s revival), in which we introduced three new article focuses: rewrite-expand, quality requested, and Wanted pages.

Unfortunately, five of our focuses were barely touched, but our stub focus, Densetsu No Starfy 3, received a remarkable amount of input! This month, to celebrate the release of Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, we’ll be focusing on articles relating to the Donkey Kong Country series and the big ape himself, Donkey Kong!

Welcome Kongs and Kremlings to this month’s bananatastic edition of The 'Shroom Spotlight! To those of you who’ve been living in a cave (or on Crocodile Isle) for the past nine months, The 'Shroom Spotlight is a dedicated community project that aims to improve a selection poor articles and images on the wiki each month by drawing attention to them in this section.   • Jungle Hijinks (stub) – This is the final world in Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis. Don’t let the name fool you, there are no hijinks here, or much of anything else really. It desperately needs a level list and a proper infobox to bring it up to standard.
  • Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D (rewrite) – Three D's is what we feel this article deserves. One D for its short synopsis, another D for its lacking Characters and Enemies list (A nicely coded table would do it the world of good), and the final D for its Differences and Additions section, which needs to be completed and reworded in some parts. Help this article return to a fantastic standard!
  • Banana (rewrite-expand) – expand article This article about Donkey Kong's favourite food is in need of a dire rewrite and expansion.
