Hello readers of The 'Shroom, and welcome to Spotlight. Spotlight is a community project which aims to fix up the articles on the wiki which have issues. These issues can range from poor writing to a lack of images, to even just needing a credible source.

Welcome to March's edition of Spotlight. The Winter months are coming to end, and so hopefully cold snaps and high winds that have been plaguing us will as well. Although around mid-February, we did actually have a miniature heat wave after Africa gifted us with a blast of hot air. Slightly wish we still had it going around, as this wind is biting at the moment.

Not every relationship... I mean article had its issues fixed last month. But it's only one as Cowabunga? is still in need of creation (and please let it be a cow bungee jumping), But on the positive note, we had success on other articles. There was a lot of discussion about what to do with Speed Golf, and it was eventually decided to merge it, and Toadette the Achiever (talk) did the honours. Alex95 (talk) added a substantial layout section to Dragoneel's Undersea Grotto, with Toadette the Achiever (talk) adding a little bit and Ger (talk) adding a level map. LinkTheLefty (talk) found an official name for what was Venus Flower Trap, however, it was not Bee Trap, it was actually Flower Mimic. Toadette the Achiever (talk) and Baby Luigi (talk) fixed up the trivia on Mushroom Bridge, and finally Revilime (talk) reuploaded a better quality image for File:RockCandyMines1.jpg.

And now onto this month's focuses:

Article Category Focuses
Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker Fun Quiz
Wanted article
So this is an interesting one, on the Play Nintendo website there's a playable quiz about the game Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker. Obviously the game plays as a quiz, but see if there's any more information around other than just the questions. Some browser games like Wario's Whack Attack have descriptions and the like.
King Bob-omb's Powderkeg Mine
Stub article
This board is from the latest game in the Mario Party series, and although it has a lot of information it's missing something vitally important. A general layout section of the board, explaining what certain mechanics on it do. Let's try and fix that so we can get this party properly started.
Paper-Cone Goomba
Rewrite and expansion required
Yes, we have moved this section away from focusing on levels, at least for the time being. This time we're looking at an enemy, and we're looking for more Paper Mario: Colour Splash information. As the article says they act in the same way, I assume this means attacks and the like, but if there's any differences make sure they're noted. Also, the way "the first one" reads to me implies that there are others, so if that's the case also make sure the places they appear is noted as well.
Quicksand
Citation needed
The main goal for this article is to find the page number that calls it Quicksand from the New Super Mario Bros. 2 Prima guide. However, as a side goal, this article is in desperate need of images. Considering how many games it appears in, there should be more than just four images. A gallery at the bottom of all appearances would be great, as would some additional images in the main article.
Mushroom City
Long trivia section
We took on Mushroom Bridge last time, now it's time to clean this City of trivia. But please keep the rock'n'roll it was built on intact.
File:Paper bowser jr..png
Image quality requested
The image is quite small and I feel like it could be bigger. I also feel like there's a better image of Bowser Jr. outside of the Clown Car in the game that could be used, but the main priority should be enlarging it without making the image look worse, and if it needs cleaning up, then clean it up.

Now just before I leave you, I'd like to tell you about the NIWA Spotlight. This is a project being run by Alex95 (talk) and can be found in this paper's Pipe Plaza section. Much like this Spotlight, the NIWA Spotlight aims to fix up articles across various Nintendo franchises, that are all part of our NIWA group. I'd also like to tell you about unimplemented proposals. There are currently seven, which was two less than last month, that need to be implemented, some of which date back to 2015, so think of this as a continuous Spotlight goal until they're all completed.

Thanks for tuning in to the newest edition of The 'Shroom Spotlight! Be sure to turn up next month, where we'll be reviewing the progress on the above focuses. If you have any questions or suggestions about this month's set of the article focuses, then please get in touch through the dedicated topic if you have a forum account. If not, then please contact myself on my wiki talk page, but you are far more likely to get a quick response if you go through the forums. You are also welcome to make suggestions on what you think we could focus on in our next edition. Thank you, and good luck!
